Horrible law firm. Every single person I have spoken to tells one lie after the other. Do not and I repeat DO NOT! Use this firm for criminal law. My very first mistake was allowing them to lie to me twice! My first form of communication I was lied to by Tre the paralegal, I was told by her that Attorney Cherry had visited my son, she called me and volunteered and lied. I spoke with attorney Wade, he was apologetic I gave them another opportunity to tell more lies. Attorney Cherry Lassiter was assigned to my sons case, she scheduled him a bond hearing on the 25th when he had a hearing scheduled on. The 20th, how did you review the case file and didn’t have a clue he had a bond hearing scheduled on th 20th until the day before? The public defender doesn’t have a clue my son has an attorney! I retained the attorney in October, the public defender has to update the attorney because the attorney didn’t bother to review the file. The attorney didn’t have a clue her client was on probation. What is the case file for? I have spoken with 5 other criminal attorneys and they informed me that information is in his case file. Attorney Wade stated that information is not in the case file, he also charged me 700 additional dollars saying the public defender was for violation of probation. No the public defender was there to represent my sons case due to the fact he was not aware my son retained an attorney in October. The only reason I obtained an attorney was because my son is diagnosed schizophrenic that was related to Wade and Cherry, a month later they have not mentioned anything related to his mental health which is the most important part of the trial. The attorney keeps stating she’s having issues with visits but has yet to file a complaint, I can go on and on! Do not use them for criminal purposes. They don’t open up the file. They don’t have a clue! I spoke to 3 different criminal attorneys and the information they told me I would need due to my sons mental health they have never mentioned! According to other criminal attorneys the case file shows that information. I have contacted attorney Wade and left 4 voicemails! I need my money refunded.? They do not review their cases they collect money and tell lies
