This by far has been one of the most horrible situations with an agency I have encountered. They are very unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful. Even if you are willing to make payments they are not willing to work with you in any type of way. They even refused me the right to speak with the attorney handling the case, yet when i call to pay the account in full the staffs demeanor is totally different. Nothing good to say about your agency at all. I wish people trying had another option because you are definitely not it.

Crooks with no respect. Paid them in full and here we are 3 weeks later I am still having garnishments hit my pay roll. Only answer I can get from them is we have your money and the court will tell us when to give it back. Pathetic lot of people work at this establishment!

Very rude associates very unhelpful. Lady there was speaking as if I was stupid. I wouldn't advise her working there any longer.

They have done an outstanding job with the accounts that our company has placed with them. I am extremely pleased with the service we receive.

THEY SUCK. Rude customer service - they lie to you and then leave notes in your account saying the opposite of what you were told. They threaten you with the assumption that you're an idiot. They literally mis-entered my information, after processing, admitted to messing it up, then told me they would give me a call. Never got that call. Good job waldrop and associates. Or NOT.
