I am very unhappy with the service. I went in for a free consultation and requested for a follow up call with more information and decided i wanted to hire Douglas Mann to represent us. However, over the next few days following my consultation i called and emailed numerous times to the office to get an update and i spoke with just about every receptionist there and spoke with Douglas himself and he promised me that he would respond with a retainer contract within three days and i never got a response. I am glad that i did not go through with hiring this firm, i believe i would've been disappointed with their unprofessional service of communication.
