10/17/2024 🚩 RED FLAG 🚩 I'M WARNING EVERYONE ❗ CHASE "HIMSELF" IS GOING THROUGH HIS OWN DIVORCE OF 10 YEARS ⁉️🚩 (Read that again) I'M A VERY RECENT PRIOR CLIENT. I'M NOT MAD. I AM HURT AT THE DESTRUCTION CHASE HAS CAUSED ON MY CHILDREN, MYSELF AND MY CASE EGREGIOUS❗TO SAY THE LEAST Chase entered almost zero evidence on my behalf all the while milking me for money trying to get this settled with opposing counsel by email for about 3 years ⁉️🚩 Please do not allow this lawfirm near your SOUL for your divorce especially if you have children involved. CHASE IS AN UP-AND-DOWN EMOTIONAL PERSON. 1 MINUTE HE TELLS YOU YOU'RE AN AMAZING PERSON/CLIENT THE NEXT HE'S ATTACKING YOU FOR QUESTIONING HIM ABOUT HIS POOR CASE TACTICS AND PREPARATION OR ASKING ANY QUESTIONS ❓ CHASE HIMSELF IS GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE OF 10 YEARS!!!!!!!!! RED FLAG❗ IM OUT ABOUT 20,000$⁉️ FOR CHASE WALKER TO REPRESENT FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS ⁉️🚩🚩🚩🚩 1 court hearing in 2021- and it was THE POOREST and most EXPENSIVE 💰 representation ❗ The commissioner mentioned this in the hearing❗ Lawyers trying to enter paperwork incorrectly not giving the courts proper information correctly etc. will definitely SINK 🎣 your chances for the best in that hearing. Throughout about a 3-year time frame Chase could never manage to get me to trial. All the while ignoring all the damage being CAUSED to my CHILDREN and MYSELF ⁉️🚩 The custody violations from the other party was so egregious it TOTALED over 500 VIOLATIONS ⁉️Chase did nothing CLAMING LET'S RESERVE THESE MATTERS FOR TRIAL⁉️ IN LATE 2023 IM AT the end OF HOPE ROPE😭🙏 when I was about to break down and my CHILDREN as well, I finally got him to address this HEAD ON❗😭 he LITERALLY had ME and MY FAMILY put together all of the incidents/ info etc to help him prepare for a motion to enforce⁉️🚩 What⁉️ OOOk so we did that❗ WAIT IT GETS BETTER❗ Now IM GOING to show you how he treats MY ENTIRE FAMILY with no warning⁉️ 2024 Finally getting to judicial conference.❗🙏 however mind you we have had 🚫 progress with OPPOSING SIDE. I begged CHASE for this hearing NOT to happen in LUAU of scheduling a motion to get trial scheduled. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YEARS AGO BY CHASE 🚩 I could not afford to have this settlement hearing and nor was it necessary. The opposing party had already taken their stance firmly and so had I❗WE CLEARLY NEED TRIAL AFTER A TOTAL OF 5 YEARS OF FILING NOW FORWARD ⏩ 2024 While in the JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT hearing 3/4 way through, THE SETTLEMENT JUDGE STARTS ASKING IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO ME AND CHASE. UHH OHHH HERE IT COMES 🚩Chase decides to WITHDRAW from my case(it has to be lawyer misconduct) while talking to opposing counsel and the judge in a private room⁉️ He nonchalantly walked into our conference room and said that we're done🚩 He never even let me finish my hearing or let me say thank you to the judge. HIS NEW STANCE RANDOMLY RIGHT AT THE END IS HE COULDN'T GET ME WHAT I WANT⁉️🚩 CHASE FAILED MISERABLY on the CORE WORK in my case 🚩and it was about to be shown in front of everyone. I THEN RECEIVED THE LETTER TO APPOINT COUNSEL FROM OPPOSING COUNSEL BEFORE I RECEIVED A WITHDRAWAL NOTICE FROM MY OWN ATTORNEY. THE WITHDRAWAL NOTICE DATE FROM MY OWN ATTORNEY IS AFTER THE DATE OF THE LETTER SENT FROM PRIOR COUNSEL ⁉️ CHASE YOUR MEAN AND YOUR CLEAR INTENTIONS I FEEL WERE TO HARM ME AND MY CASE❗Not to mention at this point I'm already out about $20,000 to Chase. Chase told me it was going to take ROUGHLY ANOTHER 20,000$ to go to trial ⁉️ Hahaha. I'm warning you do not use this law firm. I'm willing to show anyone what I went through. IT WAS A BLESSING DEPARTING FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I WAS ABLE TO GET TRIAL SCHEDULED WITHOUT EVEN USING AN ATTORNEY/Chase❗ IMAGINE THAT ❗ OTHER THAN I'M BROKE AND MY CHILDREN AND I ARE DESTROYED EMOTIONALLY PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY 💔 WAY TO GO CHASE. 😎❣️🙏🦾 UPDATE/ OCTOBER 2024 MY NEW (NOT CHASE😂) ATTORNEY GOT THIS TRIAL DONE IN ONE DAY🙏 AND IT WAS EPIC ❣️ CHASE YOU NEED SOME HELP WITH HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS❣️🙏 I SURE HOPE YOU GET IT SOON🙏❣️
