Don't bother with this place. You will have your time completely wasted, and the lawyer will not communicate with you. He has seemingly all of one lady working for him, and she is severely overworked. I saw him in his office two times, and never for work, only to pick something up. He was often on vacation. You will not be advised on what to do or what not to do to avoid common pitfalls. If you get any communication from the lawyer, it will be literally just before your hearing. When you inevitably get denied again, you will get a letter telling you they're not going to appeal, so not only do they waster your time, they'll throw you aside afterward.
