I just contacted this company with a detailed description of a situation with an industrial tenant of mine who requires immediate eviction service. We have a 7 acre industrial park in Bakersfield (as described in my inquiry).. Here is a copy of the email response I received: We received your email inquiry. While I am certainly not a tenant, (and typed a lenthy description of the issue at hand in the initial email), I do prefer an attorney who reads words or at least has staff that does. Extremely disappointing. I am back to square one, w/ my 80 something year old outdated longtime attorney, back to seeking local representation for unlawful retainer help w/a nightmare tenant. Lisa is not trying to be bothered by people trying to pay money for legal services, so don't waste your time unless you wish to worsen your headache of a day.
