They were recommended to us by another lawyer who was unable to assist us. Jay and Valerie were so wonderful! I retained Attorney Dale Duke through my company, Uniti FKA Windstream. Mr. Duke made sure I understood the process of getting guardianship over my husband. He prepared me for the court proceedings, so that I would not be blindsided. Although the process was extended because of family objections and weather, Mr. Duke persevered until we crossed the finish line -- obtaining permanent guardianship.

Don't waste your time or money with this law firm. Their knowledge and communication is lacking and they over promise and under deliver. If you car for your case take it to a different law firm.

No communication at all. Only talked to the lawyer once. Hired for a business application appeal. I know for a fact that it will get denied, a waste of money. I would not recommend.
