My experience with this law firm! I kept a contract with this buffet and the truth is my experience was not the best! after 2 years and 8 months handling my case, appointments, calls, information and supposedly everything was going well, they gave me the news that they cannot continue in my case because I had to go to litigation, which they could not assist me with, I looked for a lawyer by sea, land and air, including those that the buffet recommended to me and unfortunately no lawyer could take my casebecause the time was too short for them to take on a lawsuit!?? In short, today was my deadline to apply for said lawsuit, my state of physical, mental and economic health is in crisis !! so you have to know who to look for to represent a lawsuit at this time, it's a horrible experience in my life!! There are many unanswered questions here!?

I was referred to this legal team. For an estate matter my attorney was Lindsay. She is polite but mislead me in valuable Knowledge. I had to require Input a and do hours of research on my own behalf. To require what I'm entitled to. Then attorney JARED PEARCE was extremely rude and demanding that I sale. A 40 thousand dollar vehicle of my spouse's.To pay him for his services and out of a ten thousand dollar check he demanded 6 of it and if I didn't agree to that he would keep it all. So I've paid this form 7 thousand dollars this year. And have received 4 thousand dollars. You know. What they say the devil wears Prada. Before you hire this firm. I strongly suggest you know your P's n Q's.BEWARE!!!!!!!

Attorney Ryan from Wallace Pierce law was so knowledgeable about my situation. He gave me a free consultation by phone and made me feel so much more comfortable about my subrogation issue and let me know that the letter I received was just to inform. Turns out he was so right!! I immediately called the company, which Ryan suggested, and they said the case was already closed since there were no claims filed for medical and that the letter was automatically generated.
