This law firm is quite disappointing. I told my friend to call them because I was sure they could help her. She had a breast reduction surgery back in 2025. I saw the work that was done to her and OMG. If that were me, I'd be pissed!! I'm sure she is because she's looking for a lawyer. The sad thing is that most law firms do not take cases that they feel they cannot win or it will not pay out enough money to satisfy their greed. I read a bunch of reviews about this place, clicked on the people that wrote them, and they're all white. Every single one of their clients that wrote a positive review were white. I have not seen a positive review from a Person of Color, BIPOC, Indigenous, or Black people. I don't think this place would be a great fit for our people. If you're smart, support people of color, then you'll boycott this attorney until they find their way to assist people that don't look like them.

I've been thoroughly disappointed with this law firm. The one thing I despise doing is wasting time because time is a commodity we invest in; however, we do not get a return on that particular investment. I called this office with the hopes that they would assist me because another law firm referred me. I spent well over an hour on the phone with this firm answering questions I had been asked, only to be rejected without an explanation. NOPE. When the answer is "No" there is always a reason why. This firm just told me no without giving a reason as to why. Would it not bring in enough money? Because that's what this city and this firm is about apparently. Just like the other sixteen law firms I called, this firm is not willing to take a chance on assisting a black woman who has been unjustly wronged by Dr. Kenneth Fan at Medstar Washington Hospital Center - Georgetown. This firm declined to exact justice against this doctor and therefore this review had to be posted. And I also feel that I need to contact my friends at WPFW 89.3 FM to see if I can get on their radio show to speak about this issue. I'm also going to write up a Press Release and send it to my 200 media contacts. If I can't have justice against this doctor who has butchered my body, then the general public will know I was rejected by this law firm without an explanation as well as the other 16 firms that I called. I'm naming all of the law firms that cause me extra distress while seeking representation.
