Mr. Soheil Levy is the reason why today’s DVRO hearing went in my mom’s favor today. Throughout the process leading up to the hearing, Mr. Soheil Levy was dependable, empathetic, and attentive. Before dismissing the case in our favor, the judge made sure to highlight the points made by the defense to show why it was compelling, acknowledged the overwhelming amount of evidence and context it provided, and appreciated that the defense was truthful. Mr Levy took my case. He was kind and patient. He went to court with me and was so knowledgeable he was able to get a very old felony warrant, over 40 years old, squashed, and the original charge reduced to a misdemeanor and my life is back to normal. I hired them because I made a really really stupid mistake. I had never been in trouble before and I was afraid of going to jail and losing my professional license and really good job. I was assigned Sol Levy as my attorney. At first, I really didn’t trust him because I’ve heard so many people have bad experiences with attorneys, but I gotta say that he really came through for me. Recently we needed a legal help for my nephew - due to a misunderstanding, in my opinion, but nonetheless... I feel fortunate that my husband chose to call Wallin & Klarich. At first, we didn't know how to go about choosing an attorney, or a law firm. One law firm we contacted said the earliest we can talk to an attorney is the following day in late afternoon. Another law firm told us we must come into the office, and when we did, asked what we do for a living and where we live and such, without a clear-cut answer regarding the case at hand. And then a legal aid attorney talked to us and got more specific info regarding the case. And we were told an attorney would call us back. Within an hour or so, Mr. John Lin called us back. (He was on his way to the court.) He verified some info, and then gave us an overview of the case, his opinion and explained how the end goal would be to get the charges not filed and the record sealed. So, we decided to go with Wallin & Klarich. Later, our case was assigned to Mr. Sol Levy. Mr. Sol Levy was professional, personable, he worked well with our young nephew, helped him focus on school, and successfully got them to not file the charges. At first i wasn't sure i choose the right law firms, as you can see there are few bad reviews here. Everything changes after "Mr, Soheil or Sol Levy take over my case everything keeps looking better and better". I really recommend Soheil he helped me a lot with my case and kept me updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of as he said!!! If he tell you he can fix it he will fix it for you, all you have to do is believe and wait. Let he do what he do best. I owed over $12,000 in child support arrears to the County of Los Angeles. I am permanently disabled, and the majority of the arrears was interest. The County of Los Angeles was taking my social security payments and leaving me with hardly any income. Fortunately, my attorney, Matthew Forsse, reviewed my case history and got the County to accept 10% of the balance as payment in full on my arrears, and my case was closed. Without Wallin & Klarich, child support services would still be taking my social security, and there would be a hold on my driver’s license and passport.
