Accepted my case almost a year ago in good faith, then my hearing date comes up and he drops it for no good reason. Had almost no contact with me in the mean time, I tried updating him several times with no success, and consistently gave me a bad attitude when I did get ahold of him. I couldn't rely on him, which is kind of what lawyers are meant for. I strongly wouldn't recommend.
Case was started in December of 2022, so not one year. With drew from case due to lack of cooperation from the client when trying to prepare the case for hearing. My Assistant or I answered and responded to any and all contacts, which were rare. Do not recall my assistant advising of any updates nor giving Mr. Hormann a "bad attitude" either from myself or the assistant.<br>I'm sorry Mr. Hormann did not assist us in preparing his case and made it necessary for us to withdraw. But I have advised him how important it is that he be at the hearing when it takes place because if he doesn't the case could be dismissed.<br>I've been doing this for 27 years and rarely withdraw from a case unless I don't get cooperation from the client to help me prepare his case.<br>My biggest guiding principle is to give everyone a chance, if there is a possibility of success I take the case. But that relies on the client doing there part when necessary in providing me information to put his case on.<br>
