This law firm is very kind, caring and compassionate. Chelsea one of their para-legal was amazing. Even though they couldn’t take my case their customer service and compassion deserves five starts. It’s hard in this world to find people that care and they do.

Very professional staff, especially Terri who went above and beyond to advise and assist me. The process is grueling, so having her as a guide was most helpful. You will be primarily with a paralegal.

They do not communicate. Always have to leave a voicemail that calls don't get returned. They were late filing paperwork. They don't fight for you. They just accept what's offered. Stay clear. Very disappointed.

I worked with Jon k. WineMiller's paralegal Terry Mann for over a year not once ever being able to speak to him directly, all while collecting his 33 1/3% I got all my leagal advise from his paralegal. In Washington State that is against the law. I have reported them both to Washington State bar association. His license # 27097

I called in about a L&I issue that was serious as I was exhausted making calls and getting no where trying to get appts to be seen and without help from anyone handling my claim. I was transferred to a paralegal for this law firm who was very rude and clearly Amit LGBT. I was told right off the bat, I didn’t have a case but she never listens to me just repeated to me I didn’t have a case as if to say it’s close to Christmas and I can’t be burdened to look into this. She basically told me that it’s my responsibility to make all the calls and do everyone’s job that involved with my L&I case. If you have an L&I case and you feel stuck, your making calls but getting no where while your injury is worsened and your being told mixed information. Do not call this office, this firm clearly isn’t interested.

Fast and direct. I used them for my on the job injury and was very satisfied.
