I was referred to Sean Brown by a good friend of mine for an accident my daughter was involved in. Kari Murphy is the attorney that was assigned to my daughter’s case with a William James assisting her on the case as well. When I first contacted them they were very attentive. William would respond to my emails about updates on my daughter’s case. Unfortunately, that same support I got in the beginning has stopped. I have called and sent emails and have not received any updates. The last correspondence I had with someone was July 17th with William James. I know that some cases can take some time but not receiving any updates makes me feel like they’ve forgotten about our case.
