Very rude when they answer the phone
I had one question regarding the ownership regarding an HOA, the chat representative replied they could not help me! Not even a greeting when I started the chat. I will never again inquire about using this firm, the answer will always be “NO”.
Miss Jones I’m sorry the call center operator could not do anything more than tell you that we do not take on those types of cases. Although she is not an employee she is required to be honest and truthful and ordered to work for us screening calls. In my dealings with Warhurst law I've found diligence with my case on behalf of Warhurst Law and as a result of that diligence we were rewarded as a church with a substantial increase in funds from our policy. Mr. Warhurst and his team helped us with our home claim, they are the BEST at what they do! We sent the needed documents and they handled it from there. They will stay in touch with you throughout your claim and will walk you through the process. I personally recommend Warhurst Law.
