I talked to them on the phone, and Tom seemed excited about the case. It took them almost 2 weeks to send me the high-tech letter. I got them everything they wanted right away. When he sent me the contract, there were many red flags, but I went along with it anyway. They wasted 2 months of my time before finally coming back and saying that they won’t take my case. During this time, I was the one who kept calling them and reaching out to them repeatedly, and it was so hard to get a hold of them. At this point, I suspect that they work for the hospital. I don’t recommend them at all. They are horrible! On top of dealing with my loss, now I have to deal with them! Tom was not reachable after the first conversation. Madison always promised that Renee would call me back, but she never did. After 2 months of waiting for them, believing that their 4 star review was real, I thought they were honest, but they were leading me on. I really do not recommend this law firm. I brought them a solid case where my dad had a stroke and infection, and the hospital discharged him twice, and he ended up dying as a direct result of their negligence. I was willing to accept signing a bogus contract with this law firm, because I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing it because the hospital needs to be stopped and held accountable for their actions. This case was a slam dunk. This firm refused to take it, after wasting my time and being unresponsive for too long. And now they won’t even give me a logical reason for not taking the case.

Ex husband called them regarding a case for my daughter's death in September. I had a family member, who is also a lawyer look over the contract and some red flags came up. I emailed the questions to Warner Law Office and they decided to just drop the car and not answer any questions. Oh well... there's more than one lawyer out there.

I can't recommend Tom Warner highly enough. Not only is he hard working and extremely knowledgeable, he and his entire staff are kind and compassionate people. He recently represented my family in the wrongful death of our Mother which is the worst thing we've ever went through. Tom was there every step of the way holding our hands legally and sometimes emotionally. If you're looking for an attorney that "understands" both the law and how to be a caring person then you want Tom and his staff on your side.

I contacted this firm via email for a consult. The response I got was an email that wasn't even addressed to me but was sent to me. I feel the response was unprofessional and rude. It was emailed to 5 other people as well as me and wasn't even sent to me by the Alexis person stated in the email. A simple email telling that the firm was not interested would have been enough. Instead I received this. "There was no autopsy so we can not prove cause of death. I'm not sure excess "clipping of the mitral valve" caused this lady's death; and I don't see any other significant SOC violation. Plus, this would be an absolute mess to try to sort through. After my accident I had first gone to a different attorney that was widely advertised and all I got out of that was a lot of bull and lies. I left their office in tears. Then a friend referred me to attorney Tom Warner. I could not have asked for a better experience. I never felt rushed, I always felt like he was truly listening to me, and I always felt a sense of true caring for me by Tom and his staff Christy his legal aid. The biggest compliment I can give Tom is that when I left after that first meeting I felt as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I could start moving forward away from the accident.
