my whole experience with warnken has been great. specifically amanda, rebecca and jeff were super helpful with my case. warnken handled everything from the first phone call i made, walked me through the whole process and took care of my case. the injury to my knee happened in baltimore, i would go back to them again in the future 100%

After trying to unsuccessfully navigate a workers comp case on my own and being stone walled by Sedgwick, I hired Jim Lanier at Warnken, LLC to handle my case. Vicki, Jim’s paralegal, was always on top of the paperwork and explaining everything and making sure I knew of all my appointments. Jim and eventually Cooper helped with my case and were able to prepare me for my hearing in front of the workers comp commissioner. Jim and Cooper helped immensely by preparing me for the hearing and I feel the commissioner reached a fair settlement. I wish I contacted them sooner as they were very helpful and I couldn’t have done this without them. I also want to add they were good about working with me even though I work night shift so was not always available for calls.
