I’m not sure about their legal services, but whoever the company poet is needs to be stopped. Their radio ads are insufferable. Whoever is reading this I hope you win your case.

Had a car wreck again and thought I’d use this firm solely from their television and social media platforms. The service I’ve received has been awful from start to I’m STILL waiting for my settlement. July of 2025 and here it is February of 2026 and nothing. Their idea of communication is nothing short of ridiculous. I had to call every time asking for things. I had to ask my Dr’s for info because they didn’t give it to me. The reasons for non payment at this time is being blamed on the auto insurance company St. Farm, when I know from Experience they settle when you agree in 60 days FUNDS in hand. I’m now being told when I question it’s going to possibly be another 6 months to receive my money. NEVER AGAIN

George McCoy and his team are phenomenal at what they do. His Assistant Mandy always makes you feel like you don’t ever have to worry because she stays on top of your case. George in the courtroom is one in a million. I appreciate this firm more than they will ever know. During one of the hardest times in my life Mandy and George felt like family.

We'll see .... Right now I'm in the middle of working with Charles Kovas. Had a 15-30 minute "consultation". He gave me advice, took my money and promised to be in contact within the next day or 2 to hatch our plan. There's a court hearing in a week. Treated for me horribly, overcharged me days, no word back. But now I'm stressin, am 9 months pregnant, and dealing with having no AC in the 100° or more weather. So naturally, me and my anger go there to ask what the plan is however Mandy, a different attorney at that office, was able to get us all on the same page. My stress was put to ease for now. It's possible my case was actually being worked on. If so, I certainly wasn't being updated. Since we are on the same page now, I'm feeling relieved and hopeful. I believe he knows his stuff and can get things done. For now, I'll rest any apprehensions aside and give him an unbiased approach. I believe he can rock this and that he works hard. However, I will be updating this review when the case has closed. Thinking positive thoughts!! And for an updated positive review with a great outcome!! ...check back soon Update....Charles Kovas ---> Run and save your money!! Overall, Warren Allen as a company was alright. It wasn't all a junk show, I was just incredibly unlucky to be assigned to The Junk who wasted office space. Charles did nothing to better my situation. Instead, he caused damage, treated me horribly, actually charged me yet never even represented me when the court date arrived. he's not returning my messages. I went down to the office and he tried to kick me out since my attitude sucked. Wouldn't help me. Wouldn't return my money. Bad experience. Mandy provided some support by answering questions but in the end would represent me. "A conflict of interest" ......?! Hard to forget that punch in the gut. *I was 9 months pregnant, at the end of August when it was 100°+ for days. With no AC unit in my house. :-/

Be aware of not honest people, who will lie to you from the start. If you looking to be represented by a honest attorney this isn’t the one. Especially George MCcoy who lied to me about my case until I run out of money.

This Place tapes paperwork to your door facing up so all anyone walking by can read what's going on, even case numbers right there for everyone to see, I'm pretty sure it violates privacy laws but even if it doesn't it's rude, unprofessional and I take it as a personal attack! 💯
