Landlord accused me of abusing a cat that wasn't mine. I had evidence and texts showing that I told the landlord numerous times to get rid of the car. On my first court date, I tried to show the prosecutor my evidence. And she turned her nose in disgust at me. Looked as if I was a horrible person. I went to court and requested a public defender.
