Wate Schneider Bayless Chesley

They represented citizens against Fernald Nuclear Power in a Class Action Law Suit which they won in 1989 for millions of dollars. Part of the agreement was for Chesley and his firm was to have individuals go to homes and make sure the right people were awarded money. However they turned it over to a third party that just gave people money who lived within 20 miles of Fernald and that was in 2 notices in classified ads in the Enquirer. I lived at 11085 Paddy's Run Rd from 66 to 70 which was only an 1/8th of a mile from Fernald if that far. I've been trying to get my penalty money from the suit for 30 plus years and still haven't received 1 penny. I'm 63 now and was never able to bear children because I was sterile which I attribute to Fernald.
