Sarah Subias was Amazing.

Sarah was fantastic to work with on estate planning. Easy to talk to, professional, and very knowledgeable.

They did good work for about a year but I think the last 4 months was a nigtmare. In 4 months we never got the the work they told us would take 14 days and the commuication was aweful. They did provide a draft document during that time but it was WAY off from what we requested.

Similar to another review I just read, the office staff were rude and unprofessional.

The whole experience was well below par to say the least. They were very rude and the communication was almost non existent. I don't know how Clark Rasche can honestly say he has helped anyone out.

Full disclosure, I used to be a legal assistant at Watkinson Laird Rubenstein, but since then have started my own business. If anything, I feel like it's a testament to the attorneys and valuable staff that it was a no brainer I use them as my law firm for my current LLC. Working with Dan Olson is nearly effortless (I mean, it's legal stuff, it's never entirely effortless), and I always feel taken care of. Dan is personable (I know: An attorney?! Personable?!) and prompt in his communication. I can come to WLR with contract questions, employment issues and any other questions I may have. The rest of the staff whom I've communicated with on a professional level, including Marika, Sheila, and Kalie, are all kind and helpful! Their satellite offices (Roseburg, etc.) make things even more convenient for those who don't live in the Eugene area.

Helped us put back our Will after we lost everything in our house fire. We are very thankful.

Bad president horrible and horrible person to person communication. Does not return calls and snappy rude phone assistant.
