Very unresponsive. Following my initial call, I received an email from Jacque requesting a few documents/info regarding my case. I never heard back from her after sending. I emailed twice and called her direct line over the span of three weeks. Not an even the courtesy to say they are not interested in my case.

After agreeing to take my case on a contingent basis, Watson Burns basically abandoned my case after holding onto it for over a year. This came as a total surprise to me because they did not keep me informed as to the status of my case during this time either, and therefore left me in a worse position than I was when they agreed to take it. I would NOT recommend this firm for any consumer protection cases. If I had the energy, I would have reported them to the Board of Professional Responsibility. However, I had to figure out how to file my case directly with FINRA, who by the way, found actionable cause and turned it over to the proper state authorities for investigation. Hopefully now, the financial adviser (and brokers) responsible for stealing my retirement funds will be brought to justice. Don't waste your time with Watson Burns. They surely wasted mine.
