Will give extra star once I am able to get his email address due to voicemail box not having room . When I did speak with him on the phone he was pleasant, payed attention to information I relayed to him, and didn't hurry me off the phone rudely even though he was himself in a rush. Finally got the email so updated to five stars as promised.

This was my attorney I had for case in February. At the end of april i was admitted to a VA hospital, I talked to him making him aware because I had a court date on may the 8 I told him i was in the hospital so I needed an extension. He didn't do that, he didn't even advise the court at all. When I got out I emailed him the paperwork proving i was in the hospital and tried calling him and emailing him . He hasn't once reached out to me in over 5 months since May. He is eternally "busy with a meeting" now its almost October and I have a warrant for my arrest! So I'm going to the Texas Bar to file a direct grievance for discrimination/malpractice before I turn myself in. This will ruin my opportunity of finishing software engineering school which I'm sure he could care less (gathered from how he continuously decides to never call me back or email me back in 5 months) If you have a chance to have someone else represent you, I would take it at all costs. What a nightmare, that all could have been avoided except for his blatant lack of empathy for his clients, essentially ruining people's lives out here!

He's the one you didn't know you needed! Loves what he does and the people he represents! The best hands down!!!

This was years back but hired him for probation hearing, he never showed up for court. Reading other reviews, seems as though not much had changed.

Terrible attorney. Never answers and doesn’t show up to court. He was supposed to meet with my husband a week ago at court and cancelled 12 hours prior. While trying to fire him my husband is completely unable to reach him phone, email or in person at his office. Save your time and money with someone else.

Still years of this going on no call backs no response to emails!!!!!! Don’t use them ever!!!! Texas state board is being contacted along with all evidence!!
