Wayne Marsh has been to most effective, competent, and prompt lawyer I have ever dealt with. And he’s a pleasure to talk to! My Mom lived in Canada, and owned a second house in Arizona for the winter. When she died, we were at a loss how to sell the house, both finding an real estate agent, and dealing with all the paperwork. The paperwork is extra complex for Canadian selling a US house, but Wayne knew what to do. He dealt with the probate court, found us a wonderful real estate agent, and handled all the paperwork. He also handled the paperwork to sell the car,, cancel the home and car insurance, and dealt with the local bank. Hard to believe but dealing with the insurance companies and the bank was the most complex part of the work. But he did it, and did it well, thoroughly and promptly. He didn’t have to spend billing time researching what to do. He handled it all, and at very reasonable prices. And every time we spoke, he was pleasant, courteous, and just a pleasure to talk to. Wayne is the most down to earth lawyer I have ever met. Though he always maintains professionalism, he speaks at the level of whoever he is working with, making sure all aspects are clearly understood and avoiding jargon.
