Working as a legal assistant over the years I've know many attorneys. Wayne is top-notch! He is so easy to work with and always available to answer questions or deal with any issues. My deal was a multi-family building in Chicago for my mother who died weeks prior to closing. The logistics changed and Wayne was on top of it. Not only did all the logistics change, but the buyer's attorneys were the absolute worst -- dropping the ball on many occasions throughout the deal, but Wayne kept it all together. You will not find a better, more hard working attorney than Wayne. I used him at the recommendation of my @ Properties agent for the sale and purchase of a home in the Chicago suburbs. From the moment my agent reached out to him he was incredibly diligent, on top of everything, and explained the process quite well (first time I was selling, 2nd time buying). In every step of the process including the negotiations after the inspections he was extremely helpful and I always felt had my best interests in mind. I'm writing this review several months after closing and just a day after I received my new tax bill in the mail he was emailing me and the seller's attorney to ensure I received what I was owed from a re-proration agreement that was done.
