Tim Weaver represented my daughter and I in a NOV for school bus stop violation/camera violation. As a mother I am all for student safety, however, this school bus camera system does not capture the full details of a "violation", and Mr. Weaver successfully argued our case and we were found not guilty. Mr. Weaver is thorough in his review, very prepared, and will give honest feedback on the infraction and a way forward.

I probably should have posted this ages ago. I just referred Mr. Weaver to a good friend and realized I did not leave a review after he helped us several years back. If you need a lawyer - THIS IS YOUR FIRM. Yes I yelled it. We had one of the worst mortgage servicers you could have- Select Portfolio Svcs. We had major issues with them and couldn't sell- they wouldn't refinance, we were stuck and looking at bankruptcy. We did not want to go that route. Mr. Weaver helped us out of a very sticky situation with them and I won't go into huge detail but it was absolutely genius. We stayed in the house 4 years for free, after 12 years of never missing a payment, credit was good but they wouldn't refinance and lower the payment and we had a job loss thanks to Obama and his military cuts. Income was down but still sufficient but they still wouldn't work with us. Mr. Weaver helped us negotiate a cash for keys situation after finding out they lost our original note and basically could NOT foreclose! After we begged them to work with us and finally relented- they ended up paying us to walk away and quit fighting them. Again- genius. We cleaned the house and left the keys- signed off and it never even went into foreclosure. We were able to rebound just fine within a year and have bought another home with a VA loan at 2.9% interest. Thank you Mr. Weaver!!
