I had Joseph Nierenberg represent me for a personal injury case (motorcycle) and was very impressed with his level of professionalism balanced with simply being a straight forward no BS human being that was up front and honest with me. I did my homework of course and shopped a few law firms (all very reputable and experienced) but it was clear from talking to Joe that he wasn't just processing another client, and most important to me was that he informed me of basic but important factors that other firms didn't mention at all and ultimately it made the experience for me much more positive and beneficial. He was perfectly clear with me from day one on the process and options and possible outcomes or uncertainties and there were never any surprises or mix ups with anything he informed me of along the way. He interacted with me the entire way himself and I was never passed off to someone else.
