The law firm of Webster, Vicknair and Macleod has been representing me in the 3M ear plug class action lawsuit. The lawyers and particularly their team of law clerks (Linda Nielsen goes above and beyond working with clients) have done everything they said they would do, they kept me informed over the long process (3+ years so far). I picked this law firm out of dozens listed representing claimants like me. It was more dumb luck than anything else that I selected them. After reading other stories of claimants like me in the 3M lawsuit I feel very lucky to have them representing me. First off, they work with you to locate all available documents that will be needed to prove your case, they file everything on time and then most importantly, they review what the court has done with the documents, making sure they are uploaded correctly, that my name and file number is correct. Might sound sort of routine, but after reading other claimants’ stories about how their law firm got it wrong and cost them either the size of the settlement or had their case dismissed outright having the right law firm is just about everything in class action lawsuits. The people at Webster, Vicknair and Macleod do their job right the first time, they follow up with you and keep you informed. I am thankful I have them on my team.
