I hired this company to publish my LLC and obtain a certificate of good standing. I authorized them to charge my card for all services which they did. Within the first week they got me the certificate of good standing. 8 weeks later i followed up and Adele forgot to publish the LLC. Now i have a buyer for the LLC and i can't sell it because it wasnt published. I have proof of their mistake. Go elsewhere for these services.

Employees and the owner of the firm are under stress due to Covid-19. The service and quality of their work has diminished.
