Morgan helped me with a bankruptcy 6 years ago. I moved away and am now in the process of getting a home. The only thing holding me back was showing proof from court being done and over. Morgan and Star are both truly amazing! They are so helpful and patient. Especially with me! I had so many questions and they answered them in full. And very quickly. They always let me know what things I needed to turn in and if something was missing. Just a few days before the 341 meeting I had a few more questions and they responded back with what I needed to know. The day of the meeting he was in contact with me after the fact to go over what I needed to hear. And I had a few more questions and of course he helped guide me through them. We have just finished our bankruptcy case. I have to say that Morgan and his team were understanding, supportive and responsive from beginning to end. Starting out the process, he answered all of our questions - sometimes multiple times for the same question. He understood that this was something we had never been through before and we were a bit scared and a lot confused. He reassured those fears and gave very clear guidance on how to put the initial packet of information together. Once he received it, he asked for clarifying questions and made sure we forgot no account. During the process, he was equally responsive whenever something came up: that first tax refund and how to go about declaring, when a landlord who did not file for a claim (even though he was contacted multiple times) tried to sue us for money owed, when there were pay raises,... anyway you get the idea. I never once thought my concerns were being ignored. I even called on a Friday late afternoon once and received a return call within an hour. He and his team listened, answered questions and provided guidance and support consistently. While I hope no one has to go through a bankruptcy - if you do, you would be best served by Morgan and his team.
