WITHOUT HESITATION, GINA TOOK ON THE CASE AND BROUGHT MY GRANDMOTHER'S ESTATE EFFICIENTLY THROUGH PROBATE! Gina clearly laid out our options, billed reasonably and transparently throughout the process (even explaining my dad had $350 left of his retainer that she'd be returning), and was extremely accessible (unlike the other lawyer, Gwen Ayers, who asked for an additional retainer, saying she'd itemize at the end and then dropped off the face of the planet with our $5k, the paperwork incomplete, and no itemized bill!) The minute you choose to work with Gina, you'll know you're in great hands and a huge weight will be lifted off of your shoulders!

It was also helpful that they knew, and had a good working relationship, with so many of the other players involved in the transaction (insurance company, title company etc). There are many variables which can affect fees on a project like this one, but their fees were very reasonable and fair. Weinberger Law gets our highest recommendation.
