Case Mishandled – No Attorney Reviewed I submitted a clear inquiry about a potential medical malpractice claim involving improper discharge. I cited Virginia regulation 18VAC85-20-28, which requires written notice and time to secure alternate care before a provider terminates the patient relationship. Instead of reviewing the facts, I was referred to a VA disability attorney, despite making no mention of benefits or VA law in my message. After following up, no one corrected the intake error. This was a malpractice claim with a documented breach, immediate harm, and legal basis. It should’ve been reviewed properly. If your team isn’t willing to evaluate clearly stated claims—or pass them to someone who can—that should be made transparent up front.

Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation. Follow up on your response below: Well, it seems your firm is admitting that your managing partners condone hanging up on decent and kind customers. Very unfortunate. Regardless, I would not reach out to your firm again.
