My experience with the Weinstein Legal Team was very positive from the very start. My assigned lawyer, Derek, was very personable when speaking to me and I felt comfortable with his guidance with my case. Also, Megan, was always very responsive to my emails and responded withing 24 hours. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs legal advice. Thank You once again!

This is a second hand review based on a close friends case. This firm had handled an earlier legal case successfully through a principle attorney. A second incident occurred and my friend continued with the same firm. This time they delegated to an another attorney in the firm who did not establish a relationship and was antiseptic in follow ups. A real problem occurred when the first case was resolved with a probation being concluded and filed for closure. The attorney it seems did not follow up to ensure the completion and signing of the court document closing the probation and the ensuing domestic disturbance was now a violation of probation. The attorney withdrew from the case after difficulty in the relationship. I would not recommend this firm as a result.

I had been recommended to Weinstein Law Firm from a customer of mine. I am happy to say my slip and fall case has been closed. Everything went very well. Weinstein Law Firm is wonderful. I worked with Deneb Martinez who truly was a pleasure to work with. Do not recommend. Follow up to response: I was a client in December and have already called your office to resolve. The attorney wasn’t prepared for my case and maybe worked 4 hours total for $2500. If you’d like to refund at least half of the fees I’d be satisfied because he did show up and that’s about it. I know more about Jamie’s cats and life than he did about my case.
