On the website it says that they handle “landlord/tenant cases” and whenever I called, the gentleman seemed quite rude over the phone. I asked him if he could represent a case from a tenants side, and he said that they don’t take landlord/tenant cases and they’re actually not taking any cases at all right now because they’re “so busy.” Don’t waste your time on a company that makes you feel like your case doesn’t matter to them. Only your money matters to them.
