I came to Welch, Bruun, & Green b/c this was the law firm my dad started. I needed assistance with a social security issue. I met with the paralegal turned over documents. I made several phone calls to learn that no progress what so ever had been made in the 6+ months they had my ss claims. Requests for return calls fell on deaf ears. I ended up seeking help from an attorney outside of WBG. Several attempts had been made to retrieve documents given to WBG. WBG refused to send documents even with signed legal consent. Beyond frustrating. My dad, Brian L. Welch (RIP--Semper Fi) spent his life devoted to building WBG law firm up to have high standards of professionalism and respect. I know my dad would be thoroughly frustrated to know what WBG has become. This is not the law firm I grew up in. This is not the law firm my dad put his blood, sweat and tears into. I sincerely hope the remaining lawyers who still work at WBG remember the high levels of professionalism and respect my dad had and will return to the standards my dad established for WBG many moons ago.
Super grateful for their help, they went above and beyond expectations.
The worst thing that ever happened to me coming to this place. They don't care about you. They don't answer your phone calls.Or none of that. Spencer Kelly i'm losing hope
Aaron and his team were so helpful. Very professional and had my best interest in mind. Would highly recommend!
Bad receptionist
If you are injured and need someone on your side. Run & go somewhere else. Spencer Kelly is NOT going to be there to answer questions or fight for you. I only met with him once in person at the mediation with the insurance company. The majority of the time I dealt with his assistant because he was never available. Didn’t even answer my emails. At the end, I wasn’t happy with the service or my settlement.
I had an excellent experience working with Aaron Price. From the very start, him and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my case. They took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Mr. Price was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Their expertise and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thanks to their hard work and guidance, I got a great outcome. I highly recommend Aaron and his firm to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate lawyers.
I had a great experience working with Aaron Price for legal help. He was professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly. His team was also super responsive and made the whole process much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing solid legal
I was very happy with the assistance given to me by Ethan Rank. He was willing to take my rather small case and got me 3x what I was expecting. He was responsive, easy to talk to, funny, personable. The entire experience was great, I would highly recommend if you need a workman comp attorney.
Spencer Kelly absolutely sucks as a workmans comp lawyer. Would give zero stars but thats not an option. Have called him multiple times and he has literally gave me the same answer every time. Let me call these guys and see what I can get out of them. Seriously I believe he is doing less than nothing and I have contacted him multiple times.if there is an organization against this will someone please comment because unfortunately he is still my lawyer but he is terrible, I'm pretty sure I could do a better job representing myself but he did make sure he got paid!
Ted Lew has been a professional, punctual, and reliable workers compensation attorney. After receiving a ton of letters from SAIF that I didn’t understand, I sought out legal assistance. The Oregon state Barr referred me to Ted. He has made it his mission to provide thorough explanations throughout the entire process thus far. While my case is still ongoing, I am satisfied with the assistance provided by Ted and his assistant Lily.
When I got into a car accident, Aaron Price was quick, reliable, and very professional with my claim. He kept me updated on everything that was going on so I always knew where we were in the process and was never lost. He had good communication and worked hard to get me the best settlement he could. If you need an attorney to represent you in a car accident or personal injury, I recommend using Aaron Price at Welch Bruun and Green
Very professional, care about their clients, experienced and results driven. You want these folks in your corner!
Wait and see kind of lawyer. Don't go here if you really need them.
After 7 months of dealing with a failed (Oregon) Work Comp system that was closing my case without addressing all of my injuries, I sought help from more than a few firms and promptly received a call back from Spencer Kelly of the firm Welch Bruun & Green. Spencer has good knowledge of this WC program and knows the laws and allowances well. Each time that I had concerns from the WC people (including threats!), Spencer would promptly return my calls and addressed my concerns. Besides getting the case reopened, he was able to address with the WC group the medical bills that they wanted to take from my “settlement” and was still able to secure me additional compensation for my injuries. The Oregon WC laws apparently are set up to favor the employer and I suggest that no one try to navigate them without the assistance of a specialist in this field; the claim case workers talk nice will give you empty promises until you push hard against them. I am quite sure that had I sought assistance from the beginning that my case would have not been so complicated and I am grateful for the work that Spencer Kelly did to resolve my case on this life changing event.
I gave Lily (Ted Lew’s assistant) all the information needed and heard nothing back. If they’re not able to deliver a message , can’t imagine how incompetent they would be in the court room.
Hiring this law firm was a big waste of time. Betsy Wasko and her paralegal (Dana)did absolutely nothing to help me get what I needed as a result of my on the job injury. Countless unanswered emails and phone calls dragged out for over a year and a half. Unanswered emails and phone calls left me without any help whatsoever. I do not recommend this law firm if you have a Workmen’s Comp. case.
Very unprofessional. Said would call back. Never heard from them.(Besty the attorney) Spoke to and explained my whole work injury to Dana her assistant. Called a week later, the receptionist took a message, told me I would get a call, they never returned my call. Just tell me that you are unable to help me.. First impression means EVERYTHING!
