I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dan Welch and his paralegal, Penny Page. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked tirelessly to get me the best settlement possible. After my car was totaled by an uninsured motorist and i suffered physical and mental injuries, Geico only offered to cover my out-of-pocket costs with a small amount for my suffering. I'm so glad a friend referred me to them, as they got me the maximum amount of my uninsured motorist coverage. I would recommend them as they are so knowledgeable and professional. I wish I would have called them before trying to handle it myself with my insurance company.

Today I spoke with Dan because of unfair practices from a bank. As I was explaining, he cut me off and then proceeded to not listen to the correction. Here's the thing, the amount of money that I feel the bank is tring to charge (I'm alleging PenFed is engaged in these behaviors) is immaterial, it's the fact they are trying to insist I pay something that does not appear anywhere (ledger, statement). I'm willing to bet if they are doing this to me, it's happening elsewhere, to others. Banks must be stopped, It's unscrupulous. It's the principle, and if Dan isn't interested in looking into unscruplous practices, which others may also be experiencing, what good is the law? I will look for a firm that may be interested in sending feelers out to find out if there's a pattern of consumer abuse. I hope my personal experience helps others.
