They provide legal counsel to state agencies, defend the state's interests in court, enforce consumer protection and antitrust laws, and oversee the state's district attorneys and the Colorado Department of Law.Nov 11, 2023 The 8th Judicial district attorneys office is currently trying to cover up an attack against me by my neighbors. The Sheriff's department charged the father with a misdemeanor and made no arrests for attacking me with a hatchet. Mark Bonfield, their investigator, is currently trying to initiate alternatives to the hatchet wound they refuse to acknowledge. This was done to me by Fred and Isaiah Garcia. The son hit me with a hatchet and Fred pushed me violently out into the street immediately afterwards. I will not entertain lies to cover up facts. These people need to be recorded at all times. Corruption is a serious issue in Larimer County.

I believe this is the district attorney who is refusing justice for the family of Jacob Jones.

I voted for this district attorney and it was obviously a mistake. I will not vote for him again. Sentences are way too lenient and people are sent to a broken probation at rmoms. I know someone who is going there and should have been violated but isn't. Will be contacting Colorado Bar Association. Vote this District Attorney out.

My truck and camper were stolen. Unfortunately I am not considered a victim because they don't consider my camper a "home". So I do not qualify for any victim assistance. I lived in the camper on a full time basis. Everything I owned was in the camper. My dead sons ashes were in the camper. The d.a. was very polite. The investigator was polite. But I am left with nothing. Starting over from scratch. I wish there was help for someone like me.

Nobody responded... Probably covering up for the sheriff of Jackson County since they are having an affair.
