The Weldon Law Firm has been practicing for several years now I think He's been practicing law for nearly 20 years. Anyway Mr Weldon takes every case very, very seriously. He knows the law and especially knows Catoosa County/North Georgia laws very well. If necessary he will be a Bulldog on your behalf, supporting you and your case. He doesn't back down, he commands attention in a courtroom or anywhere really but he's also a good guy a really good guy, he cares and he's a family man among many other good things. He's not just doing this to make a buck he's doing this to represent people and to get to the truth and to get them a fair settlement if thats what the case requires and that's just who Tom is.

I was with my buddy during a conversation he had with Wendell, a lawyer who clearly didn’t respect him. Wendell treated my friend like he was worthless over the phone, showing zero belief in what he had to say. They got into an argument about whether certain things were laws, which was ridiculous. When my friend pointed out that Wendell seemed uninterested in taking his case, Wendell had the audacity to respond with a smart remark, saying, “I’ll let you know upfront if I’m going to take the case or not.” After doing some research on him, I found that his record wasn’t anything impressive either. I’m really glad my friend chose not to go with him. From the very beginning of the call, Wendell was nothing but rude, and it was no surprise when my friend eventually just said goodbye.

Weldon Law Firm made the navigation of my legalities less stressful and made me truly feel they were very committed to making my life easier. They work with the personalities of the small town community and not without the efficiency as well. Wendy Weldon is especially so very nice and accommodating!

Horrible experience with this law firm. My son is great friends with one of his sons.’so he hired him for first time DUI in Ga. My son lives out west. He was in town visiting and had a wreck and totaled a truck and got DUI less safe. Tom told us he felt as if he had a good case, charged $4k up front. He would never return emails or phone calls. He supposedly went to court for my son who lives out of state a couple of times, and then my son finds out he has a warrant for his arrest when trying to purchase a fire arm in Texas. My son would leave numerous messages and emails and never would get called back. Finally Tom called and wanted my son to take a plea deal which was everything he would have been charged with if he walked into court without an attorney. Very disappointed in how this law firm handled his case. Needless to say, he fired him as an attorney and hired a new attorney who got all the charges dropped within 2 weeks. I dont recommend this law firm to anyone. And it’s just sad that I thought my son Would be treated better because he is a family friend. What a waste of 4k!!!

Horrible representation. Tom represented me for over 2 years on a first time dui and never got anywhere.i don’t even live nor work anywhere near the state the charge is in. Tom used none of this to his advantage, nor literally anything in the case, the last time I actually got to have a phone call with him he had to re-review my case because he hadnt even thought about it in so long. I paid 4,000 upfront and he told me he thought I had a solid case. Fast forward nothing done he wants me to accept a ‘plea deal’ that is literally the full Georgia dui charge, no deal at all. On top of this I go to buy a firearm, & find out I have an active warrant for my arrest for failure to appear when he was suppose to be at court representing me, plan to see what legal action can happen with this. I fire him, hire a new lawyer he beat my case in one court visit. I wouldn’t hire Tom again if my life depended on it.

Tom got me the best the best possible outcome on my second dui, I had to serve a mandatory 45 days for my second dui and got it down to a first offense. With time served after my court date I did 3 hours!!! He’s hands down the best attorney I’ve met and very affordable, and I’ve met quite a few unfortunately. He Looks for the best outcome and continuously works for you rather than your money! Great lawyer and even better outcomes
