Several years ago I learned the importance of having a will, and all of the legal papers needed to protect not only your assets but also your last wishes. As my father's caregiver it was something that had to be done, and in a timely fashion. I was referred to Zach Celeste at Wells Payton Partain Baldo & Lightly LLP. Zach was so kind and patient. That was very important since I was so new at how it all worked. Since then Zach became my probate lawyer and again has taken such good care of me. We never know what tomorrow brings but knowing your loved ones will be taken care of is a huge burden lifted.
