If I could give half a star I would this place is a joke. First off good luck trying to get ahold of someone secondly they tell you one thing and then they won't send you documents showing paid. I run two business of my own and they should be shut down for how bad they are. Im not one to normally complain but holy crap this place is bad.

They’re trying to sue someone who doesn’t reside in the home I own. They’ve beat down my door and sent people here harassing an address this person hasn’t lived at in 2 years. I try to call, no answer, the court is no help. So this company just erroneously gets orders for alternate service, without having valid proof people live in the actual home. Watch out if you have a judgment against you by them because if you don’t show up, a default is taken automatically. I’d be almost certain it’s how they’re screwing people, and obtaining judgments without having defendants properly served!!!

Poor service, these people do not handle your business in a professional manner.

Arrogant, unprofessional, and refuses to communicate ​This firm represents the worst of the legal profession. Their attorneys are incredibly arrogant and lack basic professional courtesy. They never attempt to have a real conversation or offer any reasonable resolution. Dealing with them is like talking to a brick wall. They operate like a cold, automated debt-collection machine rather than a professional law firm. They show zero respect for consumers, refuse to listen, and have an extremely dismissive and rude attitude. ​In my experience, their goal is to drain your time and your resources, so you must fight back using the legal tools available to you. Don’t just sit there and take it—hit them where it hurts. The moment they make a mistake or commit even the slightest procedural violation, file a formal complaint. It costs you nothing, but it requires them to spend significant time and legal fees just to respond to these investigations. ​Stop acting like a victim and start acting like a fighter. Never give up. If you think staying quiet and ignoring their calls will make them go away, you are mistaken. Aggressive firms like this continue to pursue those who do not defend themselves; they only pause when the consumer stands their ground. Turn the tables on them. Make their pursuit of you so legally exhausting that it is no longer profitable for them. ​To everyone who has had a negative experience with this firm: Don't just leave a review. You have rights! If you feel their conduct was unethical, their communication was non-existent, or they violated FDCPA rules, I encourage you to file formal complaints with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Public reviews are good for awareness, but formal complaints are what hold them accountable. Stand up for your rights!

They have called me twice this month and I have left a voicemail and no response back they don't even tell you who they are looking for

They need zeros because I paid my garnishment off and they keep coming after me for more and more money and then they don't help you they're horrible at helping you on who can't help you I've paid off my garnishment and it's been 11 months since I paid it off and they're coming back after me again for more interest. And I started this garnishment 4 years ago and I paid it off once they came back a second time said I owed the more money over $2,000 after I just paid them $20,000

I started paying a debt in 2013 and I now owe $500 more than when I started, what is the point of paying if I never pay this off?

Absolutely the most unprofessional establishment I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been making payments for 11 months and one of the payments from June of 25 was taken from my account but was NOT posted towards the debt. Every time I've tried contacting them over the last 11 months NOBODY has answered the phone or responded to my voicemails. These guys are below bottom of the barrel.

EXTREMELY unprofessional and has no knowledge of the laws. They also refuse to work with low income people and do NOT oblige by the LEGAL payment plan set by a JUDGE. These people are bad news.

These ppl are a joke.I have attempted 2x to pay this account with Weltman, Weinberg Reis Co. Once in April and they messed it up. 1st they told me the account was recalled and the rep will call you back in a few days. 3wks later they called 2 to 3 times a day and 3 to 4 times a week. I called them back and attempted again the last week of May. And they have screwed something up again. What makes it even worse is the rep told me he was dyslexic. I have to repeat my info 2 to 3 times and who is to say if he entered the info correctly. And the money still has not been taken from my account.

Will call excessively to get “their” money. After the garnishment is set good luck. I just want a statement showing the new balances and can’t get a call back.

I got into a car accident by another driver signaling me to make the left . Went to court paid 900$ I found out my license is suspended because of these crooks . Put a financial obligation on my Ls . I paid them 3k dollars . They just took my taxes this year . Now I’m getting garnished 500$ a week . I’ve cried on the phone with them explaining I cannot afford this . I moved and they served papers to an older address .My wife is currently pregnant I have two daughters and I’m the only source of income . I’ve taking out several loans and from my 401k to make ends meet . I pray to God that justice be served for all the pour families experiencing this heartbreak .

They don’t answer the phone they want to take a Garnishment from my paycheck but don’t help resolve this matter.

I have emailed and called multiple times to try and pay my bill for more than a year but they will refuse to tell you how to pay. They scam people

This place is garbage, they have no care in the world about anyone else. Took my taxes for way more then what was owed and now trying to get my money back is ridiculous. Told me they mailed my check out two different times and it kept getting shipped back to them. I offered to come in and pick it up and I was talked i had to talk to a supervisor but it seems like the supervisor is never there or just doesn't return calls.

Very rude. Wish I could give 0 stars. Zero compassion for the next person.

Horrible and rude customer service. Strong arm you into making large sum payments even though you tell them you can barely afford that much.

They garnished my taxes and took too much. Now I cannot get a hold of them to get my refund back! Every time I talk to someone he says he can't handle it and he needs to send it to his boss and his boss does nothing and never gets back to me! I am so freaking frustrated with this place!

They garnished MY wages when they were going after my ex husband. I’m not even the person they’re going after! I have nothing to do with their case, they didn’t even have my name when I called to dispute the fraudulent charges, hard to get a hold of, and then given complete attitude by a rude person when I have the right to be understandably upset. You drained the bank account of a struggling mom of a two month old and not the person you were going after. Congratulations! I’ve filed a court proceeding to deal with them since they failed to acknowledge any type of solution, even though my bank said they could 100% do so. ACH payments can be reversed or paid back then gone after the right person. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
