Wendell Law Office

This woman Rose Wendell was quick to take my retainer and then did nothing. Made one appearance in tribal court and after that… no communication or work done. Went from text me to schedule a phone appointment and then she couldn’t even keep those and still has nothing done on my case 5+ months later. Gone weeks without a response. Only after letting her know I was going to the State BAR and Better Business Bureau did she finally say hey let’s talk. But that was short lived and lasted for just one conversation. You can call her office and leave messages but there will be no response. She couldn’t even communicate with the Tribal Legal Lay Advocate that was doing most of her work.I guess I should hold myself responsible as it was my fault for not researching her and seeing the numerous disciplinary actions and complaints against her.

VERY dishonest, and doesn’t show up to court. Do your research, don’t waste your money or time!

She tried her best thrown into the wolves with nothing to work with and still gave her all. Most lawyers would of said hell no but Rose.

I have had several lawyers over the years (dealing with my divorce) and Rose certainly goes the extra mile. When she saw the seriousness of my case, she put all of her effort into resolving the situation. I will never forget her kindness and her generosity. My little girl was in danger and Rose is the reason she was protected from a potentially life changing situation.

Paid a retainer and I didn't hear from her after the 10 grand retainer. She's a good talker and will swindle you out of all of your money, she has no care for kids!!!! I'm not lying! No record of a legitimate hearing!

Rose Ann should be REPORTED TO THE BAR!!! My daughter hired her 7 months ago as her attorney and she literally in the SAME position she was in from back then. Nothing has changed. Rose Ann does not return any of her phone calls or emails and has NOT submitted paperwork correctly. Be smart and stay away!!!!!!

It is scary to me that Rose Ann is still a Lawyer. The fact that this woman has a history of taking your money, NOT turning in correct paperwork or any at all, and NOT responding to emails OR phone calls is CRIMINAL. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely dumbfounded that Rose Ann Wendell was able to obtain an attorney’s license. She is unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. She will take thousands of dollars from you and ignore your calls/emails and have all the excuses in the world for it. Please don’t waste your money or time because you won’t ever get any of it back.
