Wendt Law firm during this year helped handle a personal injury claim for my Mom. She was attacked and had a bad mauling from the neighbor’s pit bull. Nick Hillyard and the staff from Wendt did a tremendous job on representing my Mom and making sure she received what was deserved from this injury. We were always kept informed about the progress of the lawsuit and made us feel comfortable throughout this situation. Thru their investigation and law expertise they were able to get my Mom the maximum amount from the insurance company and her medical expenses paid. I highly recommend them for any personal injury cases.

Called Wendt law firm for a malpractice case. Which I now need two more surgeries for.They did not even call me back to tell me they would not take the case. Rude!!!

I requested they investigate the taxotere lawsuit and had to get alot of documentation from doctors and testing sights, all this was from years ago, and they have not responded with any additional information on....I'm assuming they really didn't know what they were doing with the case and list....they could have least let me know

In 2019, Wendt Law Firm represented me as a result of an auto accident which sent me to the ICU at NKCH. We have recently reached a settlement with the insurance companies involved. I do feel compelled to offer a review of their services that I found were professional by all the people I had contact with during their representation of my case. Throughout the 18 months I had almost weekly contact with Rosalie Borgardts who was the paralegal assigned to me.
