The staff has been amazing, Cheryl, Kim, Brooks & Hailey. They always communicated throughout the duration of my case. No matter how many questions that I had, they answered each & everyone professionally. They never acted aggravated with me when I called and had a question. It almost feels as if you are family after speaking to them so many times. Everyone is extremely down to earth, they would ask how my kids were doing and how I was feeling mentally & physically. West law firm did a fantastic job with working to help me after my accident while I was 30 weeks pregnant. They checked on me often and was quick to get my settlement they showed compassion and kindness they even checked on me and baby once baby arrived. I would hands down recommend them to everyone!!!
