An absolute JOKE!!! Asked for my resume, I send it, they respond and ask me to send it to a GO DADDY SITE! I call back and get a call center. Just received 2 calls from them with no voice on other end.

I appreciate the time and care that Ms. West and her team took the time out of their busy schedules in assisting me with my personal injury case. I contacted this law office and set up a consultation. Everything went smoothly, until I began inquiring more about my case. Despite her client packet stating that phone calls and messages will be returned within “24 hours at the very latest.” I sent 2 messages days apart. Still no response to either question. I give it another week and send a 3rd message and it seems we were never on the same page to begin with. I contacted the car insurance company to get any sort of updates and now Ms. West stated that due to my “independent actions” I am no longer represented by her law firm. Mind you, the car insurance company has been waiting for an additional statement from me regarding the accident. This entire time I was waiting for West Law Firm to coordinate with my car insurance for me giving a statement. It’s been 4 weeks since I began my representation with West Law Firm and I am now dropped as a client as of today…Maybe if my questions were answered in a timely manner, I wouldn’t have to take matters into my own hands. I had no ill intent in contacting the car insurance company, I only wanted updates. Which this law firm was unable to provide me in a timely manner.

Words cannot express how thankful and pleased I am with Ms.West and her law firm. I had an auto accident case that was being handled by a shady lawyer before Ms.west almost a year ago that had no traction. I never received poor customer service as such especially from a Lawyer. I contacted this Lawyer whom originally forgot about our first consultation appointment and I had to reach out to her. Then once that was over I was told I would be receiving information after that initial call and days went by so I reached out again and she said she would review her notes as they were busy during this season and she would get back to me. Once again days had gone passed so I reached out again to ask were we moving forward with this process and no response was given. Now I have to begin my search all over again to find another Lawyer. Had a phone consultation this morning at 10:30am. 11am came around and no call. I called and spoke to a receptionist, gave her my info and explained my wife and I had a phone consultation. She told me she would get ahold of the team and have someone reach out to us. Its almost 1pm as I am writing this and no-one has reached out. I took time off of work this morning for this phone call and have since went to work to minimize loss of pay. I missed several hours of work this morning and this has added to the already stressful situation of my wife being injured and not being able to work and I'm taking time off to help her navigate this. We have medical bills coming our way soon, my wife hasn't went back to work since injury and I took time off from work! What a lack of professionalism! A simple call or evan a text from someone, even if you decided you didn't want to take the case. You sure texted me at 8am this morning reminding me of phone consultation. What is even more disturbing is that you sent me a text at 11:15am thanking us for meeting with you.. Maybe you should add yourself to the automated texting system. Thank you for wasting our time. My case involved a brutal attack on my Yorkie dog by my neighbors' Rottweiller dog in which the vet bills alone were over $8,000.
