I retained this firm after a car accident expecting professional guidance and clear communication, but unfortunately my experience was very frustrating and disappointing from the start. There were repeated miscommunications regarding my situation and my requests, and the actions taken by the firm did not align with what I was told during intake. I felt pressured to sign and get started quickly, but once representation began, there was confusion and a lack of follow-through. Basic concerns were not handled in a timely or effective manner, and I was left without clear answers or support. I never had direct contact with the attorney I retained, and communication overall felt disorganized and dismissive. Instead of helping move my case forward, the process resulted in delays and additional stress at a time when I needed reliability and clarity. Ultimately, the firm ended the representation shortly after starting, which forced me to restart the entire process with new counsel. This wasted time and created unnecessary hardship that could have been avoided with better communication and professionalism. This experience did not meet my expectations for a personal injury firm, and I would recommend others ask detailed questions about communication, follow-through, and attorney access before retaining this office. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to speak with multiple attorneys before signing. Ask for clear explanations of who will handle your case, and request written confirmation of what actions will be taken after retention. It is also wise to ask about communication expectations and to check verified references or reviews so you can better understand how the firm operates once you sign. I cannot personally recommend this firm based on my experience.
