I've handled two cases with them, and in the last one, I had a problem due to a lack of information. However, Mr. Gustavo was very helpful, even though it wasn't his responsibility. He was very attentive throughout the entire process. Thank you very much.

After having had an accident in which I was injured and my car was totaled I was referred to West Loop Law. Anneth Peña was assigned as my Case Manager and she was outstanding. She made sure I made it to all my appointments and made sure that I also had transportation in case I needed it. She covered all points and always kept me informed.

Mrs Annette Pena was amazing. She was very understanding and worked with my chaotic schedule to accommodate all my needs. She really cares about her client to make sure they get well taken care of.

Since i got into my accident Anneth Pena help me through the entire process whether I was giving me medical treatment, physical therapy contacted my insurance or even contacting the person that hit the insurance she explained the entire process to me and make sure that I was all right. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!! Took me two years to receive a tiny silver of a nearly 6 figure settlement. They will push you to get more and more and more treatment. They will not budge on their fees even if you do leg work for them. The attorney will call you once when he gets you to sign on with them, and then you’ll never hear from him again regardless of how many times you try. I would have likely walked away from this with more just handling it myself. Luckily I received something but it was not worth all of the appointments and calls and misinformation and back and forth. RUN from this place.

A 10/10 experience, easily the most trustworthy and reliable shop in town. I highly recommend them for any service you need.

Since losing Oscar as my case manager and being transferred to my paralegal Rae Ortiz I have had a starkly different experience with this law firm. It has been incredibly difficult, drawn out, and everything has taken so much longer than it should have. Granted this isn’t entirely on her as the attorney has never once contacted me or done anything regarding my case I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. That had me continually go for treatment that ended with me in more pain. I’m exhausted after trying to work with them for two years. Communication has pretty much ceased and getting an update is near impossible. I have yet to receive one dime, and I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of transparency. This has all been a very stressful and frustrating experience I don’t wish on anyone 🚩

Have a case from back in 3/30/2019!! After calling them repeatedly I just stopped because the people were always out of the office. I never directly talked to a lawyer. I haven’t received any update by mail, phone, or voicemail. 6 years is a little ridiculous and I want to know what happened. Don’t use them, they will wear you down and drag their feet. I went with them based on a friends recommendation but I’m telling you find someone else Edit Oct 312025 I was reached out to after this review and after I sent a form on their website to them. I was informed a check was ready and I had to go down and collect it and sign some papers. The lady up front was nice and welcoming and it took about 5 minutes to get everything explained and signed. While they did make contact with me, I don't believe it should of taken 6 years to clear up the case without even them reaching out but rather I did. When all was said and done, they do their job to the best of their ability and do get you a payout and treatment without paying for anything.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gustavo and the Westloop Law Firm. After my wreck, he consistently went above and beyond—always checking in, making sure every detail was perfect, and never letting anything fall through the cracks. His communication was thoughtful, his follow-through was impeccable, and I truly felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time. In what was a difficult season for me, Gustavo made everything feel manageable, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. If you’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and compassion to their work, Gustavo is it.

Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend My experience with West Loop Law was beyond disappointing. They were completely untrustworthy and unorganized, constantly doing things on their own time instead of prioritizing my case. They lied about offers that were supposedly made, leaving me feeling misled and strung along. To make things worse, they sent me to doctors’ offices based on what was most convenient for them, not me. I was 8 months pregnant, and instead of considering my health and comfort, they directed me to whatever location was closest for them—not what was best for me. This law office clearly does not value their clients, their time, or their well-being. If you’re looking for a law firm that communicates honestly, treats you with respect, and takes your situation seriously, look elsewhere. West Loop Law was nothing but stress, excuses, and empty promises.
