I may have made a very big mistake hiring this firm and will update what was once a 5 star review.

My surgeon was Sajid Q. Chugthai. He was an amazing cardiovascular surgeon. I was his patient around the time weston hurd was representing him in a malpractice lawsuit. Both Dr. Chugthai and Weston Hurd are top shelf.

Is lawyer went Mia and can't get a hold of him and no one there is willing to help did not get the help I need a bill totaling over $7000 and nothing done but still want me to pay what own on it but remind you nothing ever got done

Horrible experience. My attorney treated me in a very disrespectful manner. He made going through divorce one thousand times worse. I wish he would have told me from the beginning that he was not up to dealing with my case. I Ended up having to retain a new attorney.

While they say super attorneys they seem to be far from that. I owe $18k for more than nothing. My indictment had another man's name on it. I was not mirandized while questioned in custody and the prosecutions case hinged on what I said. I was offered a lower grade felony, then it was pulled because I made calls to the "victim", my wife at the time from a psych ward. Where I was drugged and had no clue what I was doing. Any decent defense attorney could have worked with this. He didn't take my calls from jail. I plead to charge. After months. I was sentenced to the max, so 18 months, over my head, 5 years probation. 1 year intensive. I could have gotten a better deal with a public defender. My current attorney couldn't believe i owed $18k to this place. I will be contacting Ohio BAR and filing against them for inadequate representation. I fully believe my attorney helped the prosecution as a friend. And I also believe he was involved with the victim somehow. As a former military intelligence NCO i will figure this information out.
