Attorney Mark Weycer was referred to me by a friend from church after I lost my just over six month old baby girl Nov 7 2023. My daughter passed away while using a product that is not safe for babies. This product has killed and injured babies. My husband and I chose Mr. Weycer to fight for our daughter and her life. After being referred by a family member we were told this firm was extremely professional in handling matters of malpractice. After almost two years having to call the office to receive any information as nobody would reach out they had decided to not proceed with the case until the statute of limitations was almost up which is very limiting to find another lawyer in such a short time. I recommend finding any other firm who genuinely wants to be up front and communicate with any lawsuits looking to be filed as opposed to not hearing anything for months after emailing and calling their receptionists and assistants.

I would not recommend this law firm not even half a Star!!! I signed up with them In 2022 for the Dearh of My Mother at Houston Northwest Hospital o. 1960 an Cali Dr MY Mother walked in talking an joking with me For A Scheduled procedure! 2 hrs later was Pronounce Dead!! I Beg the staff in this Hospital to Help my Mother I called Her Dr who was suppose to be There that wasn't even At the hospital ,I called his Office Manager an beg the Nurses for help No One help My mother died of A heart attack this Attorney held the case for almost the length of my statue of limitation because je Knows at this point No Other attorney will Touch it ! Tonya Hernadez his assistance sent me a email of release letter letter an stated the attorney would call me to let me know why my case was Dropped ! Well I still Haven't Not heard from Mark weycer till this they I was told he was out of office on a family emergency!! SO Mark Weycer your an attorney an your suppose to help people when they have been wrong ! YOUR job is to uphold The Law To BRING JUSTICE TO PEOPLE!! RIGHT?
