My husband and I used Weygandt Law to create our Family Trust a few years ago. I signed a contract for the preparation of a Letter of Testamentary to identify an Independent Executor for an estate. The estate consisted of a single checking account - no other assets. The service was completed; however, from start to finish it took just shy of 12 months. It required me calling after extended periods of hearing nothing to get any updates. Additionally, my credit card was charged for fees without notice or statement of charges being sent to me. I discovered the charges on my credit card statement.
