I fell on Monday, 12/15/25, 4 p.m. at By the Dock restaurant on Eastern Avenue. I had hip abatement surgery (I believe that is the correct name) on 9/2 and am going to physical therapy. Recovery from the operation takes 6 months to a year and I am still under doctor's care. I am experiencing pain in different areas but no broken bones. I was at physical therapy 3 times this past week. I very much appreciate the kind manner from the young lady who handled my call. I am hoping I have a case.

When the insurance companies were causing confusion or dragging their feet, Shelby got them to hammer out all the details to get things straight again.
