Finally got a call back from these guys and the lady barely spoke english! She couldnt even find their own client! I had to go look up the court case info. Not good

Consultations advertised are not really free consultations to identity if you have a case with a legal expert. We didn’t get past the initial screening for a free consultation due to no perceived case I guess.

Had high hopes for this group initially however they took my money, ignore me in the app that is supposed to allow easy communication, and 2 months after paying them we haven’t even taken the initial step of serving a letter so we can eventually actually file in a court system. Clearly too much on their plates to be taking new clients. My case specifically was in need of speed due to my circumstances and also who I’m going after but the clock has ticked away and still no BEGINNING in sight.

I can never talk to an attorney if I call with questions. If I have a question, I have to wait days for a paralegal to reach back out to me. Sometimes, I don’t even receive a call back, just a message on the app. I wish I would’ve hired a local firm to handle my issues. This is frustrating.
